Modular boiler plants

A boiler plant designed around the facility’s actual heat demand. We consider fuel, site conditions, utility connections and operating requirements.

Approach

An engineering basis
for your project.

Modular construction allows equipment to be assembled in a prepared enclosure and reduces part of the on-site works. Delivery time depends on design readiness, equipment supply, utility connections and permitting.

Backup power and autonomous operation require a separate engineering solution. Operating conditions and duration depend on equipment and fuel reserves.

What the scope
can include

  • Collect baseline data and determine heat demand.
  • Select boilers, pumps, water treatment, automation and auxiliary equipment.
  • Design the site layout and utility connections.
  • Supply, install, commission and hand over documentation within the contracted scope.
First step

What we need
to get started

  • Facility type and location.
  • Required thermal capacity or consumption data.
  • Available fuel, electricity and network condition.
  • Backup requirements and indicative schedule.

Common questions

How long does delivery take?

We prepare a schedule after reviewing design scope, site readiness, baseline data and equipment lead times.

Can it connect to an existing network?

We assess the network’s temperature regime, pressure, condition and the operator’s requirements before confirming the connection.
