What information is submitted
The form sends your name, email, project description, selected focus and consent to processing the enquiry. Organisation, phone and facility information are optional. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical information or other information unnecessary for an initial discussion.
Why it is needed
To review your enquiry, clarify the technical need and contact you. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Subsequent contractual work may require further information and separate terms.
How the form works
Enquiries are stored in Wix Forms and may be linked to a contact record. Authorised users of the company account can access them. Wix provides the platform technology; its processing of technical data is also governed by its privacy policy.
Technical data and external services
The form establishes a technical connection with Wix and obtains a visitor token. Hosting and spam protection may process connection data. This site’s code does not add embedded maps or advertising pixels. The map link opens Google as a separate service.
Retention and your requests
Information is used for the period needed to process the enquiry and the related business interaction. To ask about, correct or request deletion of supplied data, or withdraw consent, email kec2006@ukr.net. Include the email address used for the enquiry and its reference number if available.
